Q: How long does it take to complete my order?
A: Dedicated servers are normally completed within 2-4 hours, but can sometimes take up to 8 hours to get online.

Q: Can I customize the hardware package that goes into my dedicated server?
A: Yes. Our order form allows you to configure options for processor, RAM, hard disk, port speed (up to 1Gbps available), RAID controller, and more.

Q: Can I customize the Operating System and installed software?
A: Yes. You can choose from several Windows and Linux Operating Systems, and add other available software as well.

Q: Can I use my server to offer web hosting for family, friends, or customers?
A: Yes. We can install and support WHM/cPanel, Plesk, or other web hosting software. You pay only for the license fees.

Q: Can I install my own software on my dedicated server?
A: Yes. You will have root SSH access, which allows you to install your own software. However, we do not support software installed by the user.

Q: Will you install special software for me?
A: Yes, for a minimal fee. If you wish for us to install and support software we don't normally offer, we charge an additional, minimal fee for performing such tasks. This fee is decided on a case by case basis, depending upon the complexity of what you'd like us to install and support.

Q: Do you offer 8-core or 12-core processors?
A: Not in dedicated servers. In an effort to keep our power consumption at a minimum, we use only 40-45 Watt processors. These processors use less power and produce less heat, so they need less cooling, further reducing overall power consumption. Its green, and cost-effective, allowing us to charge less for our services. However, our parent company, USA WebWorks, will soon be offering custom servers, with virtually any combination of hardware you choose.
